Diagnostic package for the examination of celiac disease

Tests included in the diagnostic package:

• Antibodies against tissue transglutaminase Anti-tTG IgA (for testing for celiac disease)
• Antibodies against tissue transglutaminase Anti-tTG IgG (for celiac disease testing)
• Immunoglobulin A (IgA)
• Antibodies against deamidated gliadin protein epitopes IgA (Anti-DGP-IgA) and IgG (Anti-DGP-IgG)
• Detection (PCR) of HLA haplotypes DQ2/DQ8/DR4 determining the development of celiac disease
