Enterobiosis Examination of scraps to identify columns

Examination of scrapings for pinworms (enterobiosis) - an adhesive transparent film is attached to the exit opening or a scraping is taken from the folds of the anus, then viewed under a microscope and looking for pinworm eggs. Since the eggs can be washed off, this test is performed without washing the buttocks, preferably in the morning before defecation.
