Glucose tolerance test

Glucose tolerance test (fasting glucose + glucose after 2 hours) is an irreplaceable tool for diagnosing glucose metabolism disorders and secondary prevention of diabetes. A glucose tolerance test is performed if impaired glucose tolerance is clinically suspected, transient, borderline glucose values are determined, or renal diabetes is suspected.
